Goals

To be able to gain communication skills, to meet the concrete needs with simple sentences, to understand natural expressions, to be able to ask questions, to be able to communicate when they are spoken slowly and slowly.

Course Content

Welcoming guests, types of guesthouses, registration form, reservation and breakfast types, food in hotel, beverage services, simple correspondence in tourism and telephone services, promotion of hotel and environment, promotion and information about hotel sections.

Learning Outcomes

1. To be able to understand and use frequently used expressions and simple sentences about daily and business life.

2 . To be able to distinguish and transfer the contents of short dialogues of current or professional subjects.

3. Reading comprehension: To be able to analyze and translate the printed materials such as current or professional short texts, announcements and letters.
